Construction Management provides an advanced alternative to traditional methods of procuring construction works. For small projects the Project Manager will draw up the necessary plans and specifications without the need for other consultants, whereas with larger projects a full design team may be required. In such circumstances the Project Manager will provide the client with a single point of contact through which other professional appointments such as Quantity Surveyors, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineers can be co-ordinated.
