Expert Witness
At Redmond & Associates, we have extensive experience in being called upon to be Expert Witnesses for commercial and residential property matters.
In the unfortunate circumstances where the parties to a dispute are unable to reach agreement, an Expert can be appointed, either independently or jointly, to prepare a Report with the aim of resolving the dispute prior to the contemplation of legal proceedings..
Where our expert witness services are called upon, we inspect and investigate as necessary to ascertain the facts and prepare a preliminary or final report as required. The format of our report will be governed by the courts Civil Procedure Rules (Part 35) and any Practice Directions. Additionally the Report will aim to give impartial relevant opinion as to the evidence, assist in establishing relevant facts, identify issues that may require decisions by the court and explore areas where agreement may be possible.
We also have experienced surveyors that can act as expert witness' for court appearance.
